The answer is NO, however moisture does freeze so if you wash your car or snow/ice melts then refreezes the locks themselves freeze. I learned this in January this year with my 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix the dealers solution was remote key-less starter for car and heater. Price 199.99 installed well worth it in my opinion for no worries of opening. Hope this helps

Yes,if all the power wires are frozen the locks wont work
they will only freeze up if water gets in the mechanism and the temperature drops below freezing
Mine never have. I guess it depends how cold it gets where you are. If you are too far up north I imagine that everything freezes.
POWER LOCKS WILL NOT FREEZE BUT THE MOISTURE THAT GETS INTO THEM WILL.
