Birth control problem! ?

Okay, so this is my 3rd month on birth control I've never used it, and I started due to heavy cramps.. on my first month I had sex 3 times in one night, without protection.. I was using my pill every day at the same time.. and a couple of days later I didn't get my period I only spotted for a week.. (my Dr. Said to excpect this) in my 2nd month I had unprotected sex again twice.. I never spotted since.. now I'm in my 3rd month and waiting to get my official period.. should I be worried? Or is this normal... What should I do?
