Xbox 360 license transfer problem?

I a new xbox and transfered all my data to the new one. Then i used the license transfer tool to my new xbox. Everything seemed fine until i noticed that a map pack isnt working on my console? I used a different profile to download the map pack to my console and iv tried downloading again. Then deleting from my hard drive and downloading again, no luck. What do i do?

    License transfers move DLC under a profile from one 360 to another. If you have a second profile that you bought the maps under, you need to sign into that one and do a transfer under it too.
