I would not recommend using make-up on scabs. Make-up (and yes foundation powder is a make-up) contains oils that are not suppose to be "inside" your body. It is purely for the "outside" so you look good. As you probably know, a scab is basically a wound with a protective covering over it. But scab's are not as durable as the actual skin itself, as it is still forming. So if you accidentally hit it or bump it, that could cause a tiny tear, even a microscopic tear. And this tiny gap basically acts and a "front door" for foreign bodies, such as powders. If this gets under the skin and/or into your body, it could potentially be harmful, depending on the ingredients in that make-up.
My suggestion would be to use a small band-aid. Not a big one, but one that just barely fits over the scab. And you might want to get the tan ones (the ones that look like skin color). No matter how much you may like batman or spiderman or elmo, that'll just make it stick out. Hope this helps!! Good luck!
I prefer Maybelline new york mineral power concealer. it is 7$
first scrape of the brush because you don't want to much
then but it on the scab, or pimple
let it sit 2 minutes
blend in with your skin
cover with powder or foundation
