You are still growing. Relax, you have years and years to see. If you are worried talk to you doctor about it. He should know more. You sound within the normal range to me though. I would watch out for a growth spurt.
Ya that is an average size on a hang for a preteen before puberty, but if it is only 3/4 inches when erect you may want to go see a doctor to check if your on the "right track" for your age... but dude do not worry about your penis size yet because you are just beginning puberty and it will grow before you know it. I always felt self conscious about this thing too, but i turned out fine being average. Stop worrying and go outside for some air!
There is no real average size for your age group because you're all growing at different rates, but the average adult make is 5-7 inches when erect so you're right on track and will probably wind up perfectly average.
I also assume you mean 3-4 inches when erect and not 3/4, because if you are 3/4 you probably need to look into hormone shots.

The average for 12 year olds is 3-4 inches when erect. If your penis is really that small then you NEED to talk to a doctor.

Size is determined by genetics.
Genetics determines how tall you will be, your eye and hair color,the size of your hands and feet and even your penis size etc............
I'm not telling a 12 year old anything about his penis. Go play video games and quit worring about your wang.
