YouTube Video Disclaimer Assistance?

Hi

I upload some black ops 2 game play to YouTube and just to be super safe i want to add a disclaimer and am not sure what to add. I Think your supposed to say something like the game is owned by Activision/Treyarch and so on.

Can someone advise what the best thing to say is please ?

    Using disclaimers on YouTube can actually get your account suspended for spamming. They mean nothing and you shouldn't use them. Google actually prefer it if you don't.

    Using Call of Duty gameplay is fine on YouTube as long as it's for non-profit. So if you're enabling monetization you're likely to end up with a suspended AdSense account, which means you'll never be able to join a network and become a partner.

    If you do want to make money from it, you need to join a network with gaming licenses, make sure to ask before joining.
