False pregnancy blood test???
Alright, my period is 3 weeks late. I am feeling very bloated, my breasts are swollen, and i can sleep LOTS!!!...I have not been stressed like i was 4 months ago, and i havent changed my diet, or extercise program. I have taken both tests and both came back negative. Is it possible to get a false blood test?

oh yes it could be , it happened to me the urine and blood were negative for about 3 1/2 months. the dr told me it was a cyst, then maybe a uterine tumor and i ven took medicine for 10 days to dissolve the cyst. finally i went to a different dr and after 2 exams finally a positive blood test but not urine and i was 3 1/2 months pregnant ...my baby was okay ,thank godhe even weighed 10lbs 9 1/2 oz... so good luck
I have had a false blood test just recently.. I'm over 6 weeks pregnant now.. I had the Mirena IUD in for 8 mo. I shouldn't of got pregnant with it in, but did.. I had 3 blood tests before it finally showed positive. Urine tests even came back negative.

Hi, dear, sorry to say that 99% I don't think the blood report is wrong, but if you have a doubt, why don't you have a blood test again, from some other lab... this might remove the query and the tension you are going through...or try doing pregnancy test at home.. this also can give you some idea..

Unlikely, however, you may have not had high enough "numbers" on the blood test. But at this point, if you were pregnant it would have shown up positive if you are 3 weeks late. If you are worried/concerned you should call your Dr.
I don't think so...at least as far as I know the blood test is like the last test they do if the pee test doesn't give accurate results!! IS it possible that its wrong..I guess stranger things have happended! Anything is possible! But I'm guessing probably not!!
