Do Temp Jobs help your resume?
I work for a Temp Job at Met Life that is not challenging at all. I got this job through a Agency and they told me I would be challenged, but clearly its a joke. What should I do? If I list this on my resume will employers like that I tried to stay busy in the mean time? I really need advice, I just want to land a job in my field of Finance and be able to contribute.

you have to pay the bills in the meantime
contact the temp agency and see if they have any other better suited assignments for you - probably not at this time of the year and the economy is really bad anyway - be happy you even have that job

A temp job has to help. You will look better than someone who simply collected unemployment. This is true even if you were a greeter at Wal-mart.
