everyone is "emo" it means emotional. at one point or another everyone has feelings. i think you need help and the idea of cutting your hair and yourself might be a sign of depression. i dont know why you are craving scissors....only you know that answer......there is more to life that being depressed you should try and figure what it is instead of worrying about other girls.
I have some "emo" friends and they don't cut themselves. I actually cut their hair into very choppy looking styles and they add moose for volume and dramatization. I think you need some professional help.
