You will want a seperate tank for breeding and rearing the fry.
Something about 10ga, lots of plants like java moss, and gentle filtering.
Put a healthy pair in there and they will breed. They do a little mating dance through the weeds and scatter the eggs. Best to remove the parents once they have spawned and then you can rear the fry in the breeding tank untill they are big enough to not be eaten. You can feed them with liquid fry food untill they are big enough to eat crushed flake.
