They will always ask the diversity question, something along the lines of "What is diversity to you? Is it important in the workplace and why?". They also ask questions about your retail experience and situations that you may have dealt with in the past, "When have you pulled more than your weight" and stuff like that.
It's a really simple interview and it last less than 20 minutes. Honestly your answers don't matter as much as the way you look.
Oh and I don't really remember the way that I answered. My HCo interview was over 2 years ago and my A&F interview was over a year ago.
