Why do teenage girls cause drama?
I'm writing a paper for my expos class.
I need opinions of people to include in the paper.
think of these different reasons and/or influences
Social?
Emotional Conflicts?
Cultural and Society?
Biological?
Hormones?
Boys?
Friends?

As a teenage girl....drama just happens. I personally do my best to keep it low, but it's definitely there.
There is a lot of pressure to be perfect. It seems like everyone has it figured out, what to wear and how to look perfect all the time, and yet you're the only one who doesn't get it.
Friends are changing, popularity becomes a big deal, and all of a sudden you feel this need to be better than everyone else, or at least at their level, while hormones are causing you to think you're the ugliest person on the planet.
You're starting to consider more things than when you were younger, boys, politics, careers, friends, etc. Everything is a lot less black and white, and you don't know which is way is right or wrong.
Hormones don't help either....
Basically: teenage girls are crazy. =D We are...when you're surrounded by a bunch of competitive, self-loathing, social-climbing, confused people just like yourself, it's hard not to have drama.
I sure hope that makes sense...
I believe (having a teenage daughter) that they are trying to find their place in society. Trying out their emotions on everyone. The drama with boyfriends and friends is part of a learning process for them as to how to cope in the real world.
Teenage girls are acknowleding their womanhood with theirself and revealing it the world. The drama part comes in because they don't know how to express theirselves yet and they are really trying to break away from the controls (such as parents) that has constrained them for so long.
GOOD QUESTION! and its not every woman its the over sensitive retarted ones. that need to take a step back, take a breath, and calm down. some people do not no how to do that.
and hey iv met alot of men in my life that do that same ****, boys, men all of them act like more of a woman that some twelve year old girls. especially when the men get older. like helloooo did you loose your balls?????
#1 hormones
#2 emotional
#3 social/boys
#4 friends
in that order.
to get attention. because they are bored? they lack positive influences, hobbies and interests to keep them pre-occupied. they watch too many movies and tv shows which promote drama and conflict.
i think most do because of wanting to fit in with the rest of h.s society and make themselves feel better
It's not just teenage girls. Just about all women thrive on it.
